1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Getter mobile application (the "App"),
created and maintained by the developer. It explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Information We Collect and Store
Local data (on your device):
- Session & rating data: Conversation, attraction, non-verbal cues, responses, and relationship metrics are stored locally using on-device key-value storage.
- Guest points: Starter points, cold-start bonuses, and ad rewards can work without an account and are stored locally until you sign in.
- Core ratings without an account: You do not need to create an account or provide name/phone/email to use the core rating features.
Optional account & cloud sync (Google Sign-In):
- Email and user ID: If you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication receives your Google account identifier and email.
- Cloud points document: Points balance, today’s ad-watch counters, and Soulmate Pass status may be stored in Cloud Firestore under your user ID so they sync across devices.
Purchases:
- Google Play Billing processes in-app purchases. When you are signed in, resulting points or Soulmate Pass status are saved to your cloud account.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The App uses Google services for authentication, cloud sync, ads, and billing:
Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore,
Google AdMob / Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing.
Advertising / device-level providers may collect information such as:
- Anonymous device identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AD_ID)
- IP address and general coarse location (as determined by Google’s systems)
- App performance diagnostics, crash reports, and system telemetry where provided by Google SDKs

4. How Your Data Is Used
- Display session ratings and relationship analytics charts.
- Maintain preferences and guest/cloud points across app restarts.
- Deliver conversational advice and progress evaluation.
- Show rewarded ads and unlock purchases when you choose those features.
- Secure your optional cloud account and sync balance when signed in.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Local ratings:
- Clear app data: Settings → Apps → Getter → Storage → Clear storage.
- Uninstall: Removes local data from that device.
Cloud account & synced points:
6. Children's Privacy
Getter is intended for mature audiences (ages 16+) and is
not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13.
7. Security
Data in transit to Google/Firebase services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure; use the App accordingly.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an
updated “Last Updated” date. Please review this page occasionally.
