This page is the official account & data deletion URL for Getter. Use the same link for both account deletion and data deletion requests.

Fastest: delete in the app

  1. Open Getter on your phone.
  2. Tap your points badge → Add points.
  3. Sign in with Google if needed.
  4. Tap Delete account & cloud data and confirm.

That removes your Firebase Auth account and Firestore points document (balance, ad counters, Soulmate Pass flag).

Email ikitaiapps@gmail.com with subject Getter data deletion and the Google email you used to sign in. We will delete your cloud account data within 30 days.

What stays on the device

Local session ratings are not uploaded. Uninstalling Getter or clearing app storage removes that local data. After cloud delete, the app returns to guest mode on this device.
